Three pricing traps we found in our own catalogue
Same price, weaker configuration. Two HP Victus 15 listings are both NPR 159,999: one has a Core i5-13420H with 16GB RAM, the other a Ryzen 5 8645HS with 8GB. Always compare RAM before assuming two same-priced laptops are equivalent.
Same GPU name, different power. The Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 lists its RTX 5060 at 100W, while the Legion 5 15AHP10 lists 115W. Laptop GPUs are configured at different power levels, as NVIDIA's laptop GPU comparison shows, so ask for the TGP when it is not listed.
A higher price is not always a higher tier. RTX 3050 laptops with only 4GB of graphics memory are listed at NPR 149,999 (Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9, 12GB RAM) and NPR 151,999 (ASUS TUF A15). Both cost more than the RTX 3050 6GB Acer Aspire 7 at NPR 143,999. Likewise, the Nitro V16 AI with an RTX 5050 costs NPR 35,000 more than the RTX 5050 Nitro V15; the extra money buys a 16″ 180Hz screen and a different processor, not a faster GPU tier.

Check the exact configuration on the product page, including the full processor name, GPU wattage (TGP), graphics memory and RAM.
Check upgrade room. For example, the LOQ 15IRX10 RTX 5060 listing shows two DDR5 memory slots and 16GB installed as one module.
Plan for the charger and power. Gaming laptops use large adapters; the LOQ listing specifies 170W, and the Legion 5 RTX 5070 listing specifies 245W. Use a surge-protected power strip where voltage fluctuates; our warranty policy excludes damage from unstable electrical supply.

Does the warranty cover the battery?
